REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely case that you feel unsatisfied with your order, please contact us via the email listed below to discuss what happens next.

House of Tails will cover the costs for returning goods, only if the reason for return of goods is our error. E.g., The item you have received is faulty or not what you ordered. 

If you wish to return an order because it is unsuitable, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The return costs will not be refunded by House of Tails in this case.  

You must ensure the returning product is returned in the same condition it was received, including tags if applicable, in order for a full refund to be processed.
